Dear Family and Friends,
The safety and well-being of our patients, our families, and our employees have always been and remains our top priority.
For more than a decade now, we have always complied with strict OSHA-mandated protocols to maintain a highly sterile environment within our offices. These guidelines were created to safeguard against the spread of severely contagious diseases such as tuberculosis and measles, and they are equally effective in managing the spread of influenza and coronavirus. Our Clinical Team are highly trained in infection prevention protocols and sterilization.
While proper health and the highest safety standards and procedures are followed on a daily basis at Feldmar Aesthetics, we want to make you aware of the extra precautions we’re taking to ensure everyone to stay healthy during this time of heightened concern about Coronavirus (COVID-19), including increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures for our office.
The entire facilities and equipment are disinfected several times to ensure maximum safety and protection.
We also have an alcohol-based hand sanitizer available in a lobby and in every room of the office.
We are open and will continue to offer the highest standard in cleanliness, sterilization and safety for our patients. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us. In an effort to ensure the safety of all patients and staff, we kindly ask that you contact the office to reschedule if you or anyone accompanying you to your appointment have been experiencing ANY of the following symptoms:
- Cough
- Fever Shortness of breath
- Respiratory difficulties
In addition, if you have traveled to any of the level two and three areas of the COVID 19 pandemic including China, Iran, Italy, Japan or South Korea, or have been in close contact with someone who has been to these areas in the last two weeks, we ask that you reschedule any appointments to a later date.
Our practice will waive all cancellation fees and make every effort to reschedule you at your convenience.
We feel very confident in the steps we are taking and have been in constant communication with Health Authorities.
Our hearts are with everyone who has been affected by this virus! Please stay safe, calm and healthy!
